If you have found a lower price, review our full criteria to check if your item and price is eligible . Remember, it must be in stock in the UK for us to consider it.

Contact Us
Use our live chat during opening hours (9am to 5pm) and we’ll respond straight away. Outside of these hours, leave us a chat message or send an email and we’ll get back to you by the next working day.
STEP 3
Price Matched
As long as your price match is eligible, we’ll arrange for your order to be price matched.
Price Matching Criteria:

Cannot be from a marketplace (e.g. eBay, Amazon)

Cannot be an international price (e.g. €,$)

Cannot be a multi-buy type offer.

Cannot be a different size or colour. (Must be same specification)

Cannot be an event-driven promotion.

Cannot be retrospectively applied to an existing or completed order.

The competitor must have the same payment method/finance terms and must include delivery charges.

The competitor’s price must be listed on their website and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer e.g. vouchers, member discounts, promotional discounts, clearance or discontinued items etc.

We cannot price match on cycle-to-work schemes, finance purchases, or trade-in promotions. All Price Match transactions are carried out at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline, alter or withdraw this Price Match at any time.
